Don't know what's changing if anything but my problems got considerably worse today. The mini clients begin stuttering after three or four hours of unattended viewing, e.g., leave the TV on but dont make any inputs (change channels, volume, etc) and eventually the video feed stutters. I've re-booted the Genie twice today trrying to regain some control . Both times, after the Genie came up, the mini clients wouldn't find a server except after 3- 4 retries.
On the second re-boot of one of the other mini-clients I tried to do a simple "SEARCH" to the Sports tab - - - the client gave me a response I've never seen before of "Sports currently not available"
The situation (for me) is going from bad to worse.
The problems clearly relate to a *** HR34
CSR's refuse to solve the problem.
Any attempts to solve the problem result in me being charged for shipping.
