okay. got it firgured out! paid a pro $125 to do it, but couldnt waste more time or energy on it. I took screenshots for you. Hopefully this helps.
Start with setting the static IP address in "services" section of your router.
create "new mapping" and pick a number that isnt already in use. 192.168.1.xx
go to "Firewall" menu and set up like this:
power cycle the router and it hopefully works.
Definitely not something an average person should be able to figure out. Good luck.
