Understood and I have felt this was the case for some time. I don't
even mind that much as I have Spotify which I like 1000x more than
Pandora anyway for many reasons. I hate that they lie to us and try to
make us think they care or are working on it. Tonight for the **** of
it my wife called them again for an update on her ticket for this issue
we reported a few months ago. Immediately the CSR said they never heard
of this issue and asked my wife to start looking at our router, modem,
receiver, etc. She lost it and started a loud exchange with the CSR and
I had to get her off the phone. They could at least acknowledge it and
maybe offer something free or reduced cost as a small gesture.
They are a joke!
